Hyderabad EOW Arrests Udandapuram Narsimlu for ₹1.7 Cr Real Estate Scam

The Hyderabad Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has arrested Udandapuram Narsimlu, a resident of Ratnapur village in Medak, for his alleged involvement in a real estate scam worth Rs1.7 crore. Narsimlu is accused of deceiving two investors by forging official government documents related to a piece of land in Allipur village, Medak.

The arrest followed a formal complaint filed by NVV Subrahmanyam, a priest from the Sri Nikhila Sai Maitreya Madhusudhana Saraswati Peetham in Suraram Colony, Jeedimetla. Subrahmanyam alleged that he and another investor were tricked into investing large sums of money after Narsimlu presented fake land ownership documents.

The EOW is investigating further and is likely to uncover more victims involved in this fraudulent scheme.
