Hannah Russell Arrested for Exploiting Vulnerable Adult in Oxford

Oxford, MS – The Oxford Police Department arrested Hannah Russell, 29, for exploitation of a vulnerable adult after an investigation into fraudulent credit card charges.

On December 12, officers responded to a report of credit card fraud on Lyles Drive. During their investigation, authorities discovered that over $9,000 had been charged to a credit card belonging to a vulnerable adult without authorization.

Following the findings, Russell was taken into custody and formally charged. Law enforcement urges the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious financial activity, especially involving vulnerable individuals.
