LAS VEGAS (KSNV) – The Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) has announced the arrest of Gabriel Adame, 50, a contractor accused of defrauding homeowners—many of them seniors—out of more than $250,000.
Adame allegedly collected large upfront payments for home improvement projects but never completed the work. His arrest followed a disciplinary hearing on June 26, where victims testified against him.

Adame’s contractor licenses were revoked on January 29, 2024, after he was found guilty of multiple violations related to 21 consumer complaints. He now faces felony charges, including:

$90,180 theft (senior homeowner) – Category B felony
$60,034 theft – Category B felony

If convicted on all counts, Adame could face up to 85 years in prison.
