Four New Suspects Identified in Saratoga Racetrack Robbery

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — Four new suspects have been identified in connection with a robbery that occurred at the Saratoga Racetrack on June 8, during the Belmont Stakes. The robbery involved a distraction technique in which the victim’s $180,000 watch was stolen from their wrist.

According to the Saratoga Springs Police Department, the suspects distracted the victim while an accomplice stole the valuable watch. At the time of the robbery, a suspect was quickly located, and an interview was conducted. However, over the following months, investigators continued to gather evidence, track leads, and identify additional suspects.

The newly identified suspects include:

Fabio Sleigt Mancera Mayorga, age 35, St. Louis, MO
Marco Antonio Bolivar Galvis, age 35, St. Louis, MO
Johan Stuwar Hernandez Castillo, age 25, California
Laura Camila Vargas Reyes, age 24, California



They face the following charges:

Robbery 2nd Degree (Class C Felony)
Grand Larceny 3rd Degree (Class D Felony)
Conspiracy 5th Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
Castillo and Reyes were recently arrested in Las Vegas, NV, for their involvement in a similar incident. Warrants have been issued for the remaining suspects, and authorities continue to investigate their connection to other robberies.

The Saratoga Springs Police Department is urging anyone with information about the suspects or the robbery to come forward.
