Four Arrested in Drug Trafficking Bust 270 Grams of MDMA Seized

In a significant drug trafficking operation, the Central Crime Branch (CCB) police have arrested four individuals involved in the illegal transportation of MDMA from Bengaluru to Mangaluru. The arrests were made following a tip-off, and a total of 270 grams of MDMA, valued at around Rs 6.5 lakhs, was seized.

The accused have been identified as Mohammad Sinan Abdulla (23) from Addoor, Mohammad Nauman (22) from Bunder, and Mohammad Safeel (23) from Ullal. During the operation, police also recovered four mobile phones, a digital weighing machine, and a car used for transporting the contraband.

The arrested individuals were caught while traveling to Mangaluru with the drugs, which are believed to have been intended for distribution in the region. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the trafficking network, and further details are awaited.
