A Florida couple was arrested this week after police discovered drugs in a Key West storage unit where they were reportedly living. The incident began on Monday when officers were called to the storage facility to investigate a potential trespasser or burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, Key West police found Joshua Bashore, 37, and Oriana Molina Jimenez, 26, inside the unit. Officers reported finding drugs near the couple and initiated a search.
Bashore faces multiple charges, including trafficking methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, destroying evidence, and possession of ammunition as a convicted felon. Molina Jimenez was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
The couple remains in custody as the investigation continues.
