Five Arrested in Fentanyl Trafficking Operation in Worcester

WORCESTER, MA — Five individuals were arrested on the morning of January 17, 2025, after Worcester Police Vice Squad officers raided a residence on Vale Street, uncovering a major fentanyl trafficking operation. The operation followed an ongoing investigation into the distribution of the deadly drug.

At approximately 6:30 AM, officers executed a search warrant at the property, where they detained multiple individuals and seized significant quantities of fentanyl, smaller amounts of cocaine, cash, digital scales, and packaging materials, all indicating involvement in drug trafficking.

The arrested individuals have been charged with Trafficking in Fentanyl over 200 Grams and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws. The suspects include:

Felix Mejias-Ramirez, 30, of Main Street
Horacio Vasquez, 28, of Constitution Avenue
Wilfredo Pagan-Rivera, 40, of Florence Street
Paola Soliber Ortiz, 33, of Vale Street
