Everett Julian Wade Jr. Arrested for Attempted Murder in Stabbing Incident

Everett Julian Wade Jr., also known as “Dunner,” has been arrested and charged with Attempted Murder following a stabbing incident on December 13, 2024, at a Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club clubhouse in Vanderburgh County.

At approximately 7:50 PM, sheriff’s deputies responded to Deaconess Midtown Hospital after receiving a call from a male claiming he had been stabbed. The victim was found to have suffered a wound to the upper left chest, but he did not cooperate with medical staff and left the hospital without treatment after speaking with a detective.

Deputies also responded to the 3500 block of North St. Joseph Avenue, where the stabbing was believed to have occurred. The property was secured, and a search warrant was obtained to recover evidence. The clubhouse, believed to be affiliated with the Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club, was found to have several knives, and it appeared the scene had been cleaned prior to the deputies’ arrival.

The victim later identified Wade as his attacker, describing him as “Dunner.” Wade was located, and his appearance matched the victim’s description. Additionally, Wade had blood on his clothing and hands. He declined to speak with detectives during questioning but was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder. Wade was placed in the Vanderburgh County Jail and is being held without bond pending his court appearance.

The investigation is ongoing, and further details about the incident are still being explored. The victim, who did not cooperate with authorities, could not provide information on the other individuals involved in the attack.
