Harvey received a 92-month federal prison sentence, followed by five years of supervised release, after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.
Between January and April 2022, the duo manufactured and sold over 40 grams of fentanyl-laced pills. Harvey sold pills on multiple occasions in February and March 2022, and on April 4, 2022, was found with 31.9 grams of fentanyl-laced counterfeit pills intended for distribution. Parker was caught the same day with a pill press and imprinting dies used to manufacture fake prescription pills laced with fentanyl.

Both men will serve their federal sentences as part of ongoing efforts to combat fentanyl-related crimes in Indiana.
