Elko Drug Bust: Three Arrested in Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Seizure

Authorities in Elko arrested three individuals after a narcotics investigation uncovered a significant drug operation on East Idaho Street. On July 10, the Elko Combined Narcotics Unit seized over 528 grams of fentanyl and 495 grams of methamphetamine following a search warrant executed at a hotel.

The investigation revealed a large-scale operation involving multiple rooms and individuals who had traveled across Nevada. The arrested suspects include 45-year-old Anthony Robinson from Henderson, 30-year-old Mercedes Martinez from Spring Creek, and 26-year-old Alanis Harrelson from Elko.

Robinson’s bail has been set at $500,000, and all three individuals face various drug-related charges. This bust highlights ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking in the region.
