Edward Galvin Arrested for Punching Victim and Stealing Property

A Geneva man, Edward F. Galvin III, 37, was arrested after allegedly punching another individual and stealing their belongings during an incident at West Avenue Plaza on November 7. Investigators say the altercation occurred when the victim attempted to retrieve their property from Galvin’s pockets.

Galvin was charged with harassment in the second degree and petit larceny. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
