The East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) team from the Bhagaduttapur Outpost of Dispur Police Station successfully arrested two individuals, Suman Deka of Belsor and Sumit Deka of Sarthebari, in connection with a theft case. The arrest followed a detailed investigation, and the police seized stolen items, including seven cylinders and a Samsung phone, from the accused.
The legal process has been initiated against the duo, and authorities are continuing to investigate their involvement in other potential thefts in the area. The police are urging the public to report any similar incidents for further action.
