Drug Bust in Eagle Springs: Heather Locklear Arrested

Three individuals were arrested following a search by the Moore County Sheriff’s Department at a residence in Eagle Springs. Sheriff Ronnie Fields confirmed that the operation occurred at a home on Possum Holler Road, where authorities seized suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, oxycodone, endocet, hydrocodone, and various drug paraphernalia.

Heather Locklear, 63, faces serious charges, including possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances. Locklear has a notable history of drug-related arrests dating back to 2018.

Dillon Lyston, 36, also from Eagle Springs, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served with an outstanding warrant linked to breaking and entering and larceny, adding to his previous arrests.

Michael Bohler, 58, from Robbins, faces a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
