Douglas Painter Arrested for Criminal Mischief and Theft in Celina

Celina Police have arrested Douglas Painter, 58, on misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and theft without consent.

Under Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 2929.07(A)(1), a conviction for criminal mischief typically results in a third-degree misdemeanor, which could carry penalties including up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.

Painter is currently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center while awaiting a hearing at the Celina Municipal Court.
