Dontresz Lashaun Hill Arrested for Cocaine Trafficking Charges

A Kinston man, Dontresz Lashaun Hill, was arrested after a month-long investigation into cocaine trafficking. The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office led the operation, with support from the Kinston Police Department’s Violent Crimes Action Team (VCAT). Hill, who was stopped on NC 11/55, had nine active arrest warrants for drug trafficking.

Hill, currently on federal probation for prior narcotics offenses, faces serious charges. He was given a $500,000 secured bond following his arrest. The investigation underscores ongoing efforts by local authorities to tackle drug-related crimes in the Kinston area.
