Dayton Man Christopher Brown Arrested in Wapakoneta Drug Bust

A Montgomery County man, Christopher Brown, 33, from Dayton, was arrested in Wapakoneta following an undercover drug operation. On February 5, at 5 p.m., Brown was apprehended by the Grand Lake Task Force after attempting to sell 240 grams of methamphetamine and 5 grams of fentanyl to an undercover agent in the parking lot of Walmart. Brown was arrested without incident during the exchange. Authorities confirmed that no further contraband was found during a search of his vehicle.

Brown was transported to the Auglaize County Corrections Center, where he was charged with drug trafficking. The investigation into the incident continues.
