HOBART, Okla. (KFOR) – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) reports that two daycare workers are facing child neglect charges in Kiowa County.
On April 23, 2024, the Kiowa County District Attorney’s Office requested OSBI assistance for an alleged child neglect investigation at the Community Action Development Corporation Head Start in Hobart, Oklahoma.
Following the investigation, arrest warrants were issued for 40-year-old Pamela Siesser and 43-year-old Crystal Edmundson, both employed at the Head Start facility. On July 24, the two women voluntarily turned themselves in and were booked into the Kiowa County Jail.
The OSBI expressed gratitude to the Kiowa County District Attorney’s Office and the Kiowa County Oklahoma Sheriff’s Office for their support in this case.
