FISHERS, Ind. — On November 13, Fishers police arrested two suspects, David Davis, 32, of Avon, and Jessica Sprankle, 30, of Indianapolis, after discovering a stolen vehicle and evidence of an extensive fraud scheme.
Police initially responded to a welfare check at I-69 and Campus Parkway, where they found three individuals asleep inside a car. Upon questioning, it was determined that the vehicle was stolen, and it was later discovered to have a license plate from Indianapolis.
