OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Authorities have charged Davante Milsap and Christina Brown in connection with a juvenile trafficking case, alleging that Milsap continued to operate a sex trafficking ring from prison with Brown’s assistance on the outside.
Investigation & Discovery
The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) began investigating in fall 2024 after discovering online ads soliciting an underage girl for prostitution. Undercover agents contacted the 17-year-old victim in October 2024, learning that she was communicating with Milsap via Facebook Messenger.
According to OBN’s Mark Woodward, Milsap used contraband cell phones to arrange clients, prices, and meetings while incarcerated.
“With the help of contraband cell phones and accomplices on the outside, unfortunately, we do see inmates that continue to seamlessly run their criminal organizations even though they’re incarcerated,” Woodward stated.
Arrests & Charges
November 2024: Milsap was served in prison with new charges while already serving time for gun-related offenses.
January 24, 2025: Brown was located and arrested by OBN agents and U.S. Marshals in Enid, Oklahoma before being booked into Oklahoma County Jail.
Charges Faced
Both Milsap and Brown are charged with:
Human trafficking of a minor
Using a computer to violate state statutes
Maintaining a house/transporting a person for prostitution
Victim’s Safety & Ongoing Investigation
Authorities confirmed that the juvenile victim is now safe and receiving assistance. The case remains under investigation, and additional arrests may be possible.
