Darrell Allick Sr., Jr., & Tyrese Allick Arrested in Middletown Drug & Gun Bust

Middletown, CT – A major drug and firearms investigation led to the arrest of three men after authorities discovered automatic weapons, stolen firearms, and large quantities of narcotics inside a Hamden apartment.

Police Raid Uncovers Automatic Guns & Drugs
On March 24, Middletown detectives, with assistance from Hamden police, executed a search warrant at an apartment on St. Mary Street in Hamden.

Inside, officers seized four loaded handguns, two of which were fully automatic and the other two were reported stolen. Additionally, high-capacity magazines and extended clips were found.

Authorities also recovered large quantities of heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine, and methamphetamine inside the apartment.

The suspects were identified as:

Darrell Allick Sr., 42

Charges: Possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, operating a drug factory

Bond: $100,000

Court Date: March 26 in Meriden

Darrell Allick Jr., 20

Charges: Criminal possession of a firearm, possession of a pistol without a permit, possession of a machine gun, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of high-capacity magazines, possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, operating a drug factory

Bond: $500,000

Court Date: March 26 in Meriden

Tyrese Allick, 20

Charges: Possession of a firearm without a permit, possession of a machine gun, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, operating a drug factory

Bond: $250,000

Court Date: March 26 in Meriden

Ongoing Investigation
Authorities say the arrests are part of a larger investigation into narcotics distribution and firearms-related offenses in the Middletown and Hamden areas. The case remains ongoing.
