Daniel L. Bigenwalt, 59, Arrested for Meth Distribution in Osage Co.

OSAGE COUNTY, Kan. (WIBW) – A 59-year-old man from Topeka, Daniel L. Bigenwalt, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 18, in Osage County after allegedly possessing illegal narcotics.

According to the Osage County Sheriff’s Office, the arrest occurred after a traffic stop conducted by the K-9 unit around 2:36 p.m. near milepost 142 on US-75 Highway. The stop was initiated due to a traffic violation.

During the search, authorities found illegal narcotics, leading to Bigenwalt’s arrest. He was subsequently booked into the Osage County Jail on multiple charges, including:

Distribution of methamphetamine
Possession of marijuana
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Driving with a suspended license
Outstanding Osage County arrest warrant
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not released additional details.
