Christopher Fuscellaro Arrested for Elderly Fraud in NJ

MANTUA TOWNSHIP, New Jersey (WPVI) — A South Jersey man has been arrested following an extensive eight-month investigation into a scheme targeting the elderly.

Christopher Fuscellaro, 32, from Mantua Township in Gloucester County, was taken into custody on Tuesday. Authorities allege he defrauded an elderly resident of Washington Township out of approximately $341,000.

Between September 2022 and November 2023, Fuscellaro reportedly misrepresented himself as a licensed contractor, operating under the names “Fuscellaro Construction” and “Four All Seasons Construction LLC.”

As a result of his actions, he faces multiple charges, including theft, theft by deception, insurance fraud, and more.
