Charles Harry Charged in Bethpage CVS Robbery

BETHPAGE, NY – A 28-year-old Wheatley Heights man has been arrested in connection with a July 3, 2024, robbery at a CVS Pharmacy in Bethpage, according to Nassau County police.

Authorities say Charles Harry entered the CVS at 308 Broadway and forced his way into the employees-only pharmacy area, where he demanded narcotics. After grabbing multiple items, Harry fled the scene, police said.

Following an extensive investigation, detectives arrested Harry without incident on Wednesday.

He is now charged with:

Second-degree robbery

Second-degree burglary

Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance

Harry is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday at First District Court, located at 99 Main St., Hempstead.
