Charles Freeland and Larry Hernandez Charged with Burglary

Two individuals have been charged with burglary following a theft investigation in Calloway County on Saturday. Authorities responded to reports of stolen items from storage sheds at a residence in the Hamlin community.

The theft was captured on trail cameras, which led to the identification of the suspects. Deputies were able to recover some of the stolen property and connect it to the suspects. Based on the evidence, warrants were issued for 47-year-old Charles D. Freeland of Murray, Kentucky, and 32-year-old Larry Hernandez of Paris, Tennessee.

Both men were arrested and transported to the Calloway County Detention Facility, where they were charged with burglary and theft by unlawful taking. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to evaluate the recovered property.
