FLORENCE, Ala. — Carlos Choc-Tiul, 34, and Francisco Coc-Caal, 35, were arrested by Florence Police following a domestic violence incident on Sunday.
Officers responded to a 911 call in the 2200 block of Hough Road and, upon arrival, forced entry into a home where they apprehended Choc-Tiul after he resisted arrest. He was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental operations.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Francisco Coc-Caal, who was charged with domestic violence-strangulation and willful abuse of a child. Both men are now in custody, facing serious charges related to the incident.
