Carlin Rigaud Arrested for Identity Theft in Lisbon, Maine

LISBON, Maine – A 41-year-old man from Massachusetts, Carlin Rigaud, was arrested Thursday by Lisbon police on suspicion of identity theft.

Police say their investigation revealed that Rigaud was involved in multiple instances of identity theft across Maine. He is now facing charges in Lisbon, as well as in the nearby towns of Topsham, Auburn, and Freeport.

While specific details of the crimes have not been released, Rigaud has been charged with felony forgery, felony theft by deception, and misuse of identification.
