Cape Breton Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Man Wanted for Break and Enter, Theft

PORT HAWKESBURY, N.S. — Inverness County District RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating Jared McNamara, a 37-year-old man wanted for break and enter and 10 counts of theft under $5,000.

McNamara is described as five-foot-six, weighing 130 pounds, with dark brown hair. He also uses the last name McDonnell.

Ongoing Search and Request for Public Assistance
Authorities have made several attempts to locate McNamara, but have not yet been successful. The RCMP is urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward and assist in his capture.

Crime Details and Charges
McNamara is wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant for his involvement in break-ins and thefts. He is facing serious charges related to stealing property valued under $5,000 in multiple incidents.
