BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A 59-year-old man from Burlington, Daniel Podell, was arrested on Sunday following an alleged lewd and lascivious act on Cherry Street.
According to Burlington Police, Podell was seen performing the inappropriate act against another individual on Sunday afternoon. When police arrived to apprehend him, they said he resisted arrest.
In addition to the new charges, authorities revealed that Podell had an outstanding warrant for violating conditions from a prior incident.
