Bryant Mendelson Arrested in Wallingford for Drug Possession and Distribution

A 39-year-old man, identified as Bryant Mendelson of Clinton, was arrested on Friday following a traffic stop in Wallingford, Connecticut, which uncovered a significant quantity of drugs in his vehicle. Wallingford Police were conducting a State of Connecticut DUI grant operation when they observed Mendelson’s tan Lexus SUV swerving across the double yellow center line multiple times on North Colony Road.

Officers stopped the vehicle and noted signs that Mendelson was either intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia, 499 Adderall pills, 79 Xanax pills, and other items indicating drug distribution, including a prescription belonging to someone else and mailing materials.

Mendelson was arrested and charged with failure to drive in a proper lane, operating a vehicle without a license, possession of controlled substances, and distribution and sale of controlled substances.
