Brunswick Police Arrest Brent Robinson for $2,000 Theft

BRUNSWICK, Ohio (WOIO) – On Thursday, Brunswick Police, in cooperation with a K-9 officer, arrested a man for stealing over $2,000 worth of Red Bull and gift cards.

Around 3:57 p.m., officers were called to the Meijer store at 3800 Center Road for a theft in progress. Upon arrival, they tried to approach the suspect, later identified as 33-year-old Brent Robinson of West Bloomfield, Michigan. However, Robinson attempted to flee the scene on foot.

With the assistance of a K-9 officer, police quickly apprehended Robinson.

He was then transported to Medina County Jail where he faces charges of theft, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, and obstructing justice.

The investigation revealed that Robinson had stolen 105 cases of Red Bull, worth $2,200, along with several gift cards from Meijer stores in Brunswick and Seven Hills.
