Brian Stevenson & Colton Hill Arrested for Burglary and Theft

Two men, Brian R. Stevenson, 52, of Pomona, and Colton R. Hill, 23, of Osage City, were arrested following a series of burglary and theft incidents in Osage County, Kansas. Between January 3 and January 5, the Osage County Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple reports of burglaries and thefts near Osage City and Overbrook.

Authorities acted swiftly, gathering key information that led to the identification of the suspects. A search warrant was executed, and the sheriff’s office reported that most of the stolen property was recovered.

Hill faces several charges, including felony burglary, attempted burglary, felony theft, misdemeanor theft, driving with a suspended license, and illegal registration. Stevenson is charged with felony burglary, attempted burglary, felony theft, and misdemeanor theft.

Both men were taken into custody following the investigation, and the sheriff’s office confirmed that their immediate response helped resolve the case.
