PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) — Brenden Mullee, Denise Mullee, and Chauna Maneeley are facing charges after a theft turned violent at a store in Plattsburgh on Saturday afternoon.
According to police, the trio entered a store on Centre Drive and worked together to steal merchandise. When an employee confronted them, Brenden Mullee allegedly threw several punches at the employee. The suspects then fled the scene, with Mullee driving the car toward the employee. However, the employee managed to jump out of the way and was not injured.
All three suspects were arrested, charged, and released. They are scheduled to appear in court again in January.
