COLUMBIA, KY – Columbia Police arrested 34-year-old Joshua Dylan Norris of the Breeding community in Adair County on multiple charges, including third-degree arson, auto theft, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Norris faces charges of arson, theft of an automobile valued over $10,000, wanton endangerment, second-degree criminal mischief, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and obstructing emergency responders, among other offenses.
The arrest took place shortly before 7 p.m. yesterday. Norris is currently held at the Adair County Regional Jail.
