A Brattleboro man, 42-year-old Kevin McGirr, is in jail following a drug bust. Vermont State Police arrested McGirr after a months-long investigation into the distribution of fentanyl and cocaine in the area.
Police reports confirm that informants made multiple controlled drug purchases from McGirr during the investigation. As a result, McGirr was arrested and is currently being held on $5,000 bail. He is set to appear in court on Tuesday.
This arrest adds to a series of recent drug-related arrests made by the Vermont State Police and the Vermont Drug Task Force in Brattleboro within the past week.
