Brandon Scott, 26, Jailed for County Lines Drug Dealing in Worcester

By Harry LeachReporter

Brandon Scott, a 26-year-old from Worcester, has been sentenced to three years in prison after being caught in a county lines drug operation involving crack cocaine and heroin.

Scott, who was suspected of dealing drugs in the Wyld’s Lane area of Worcester in October 2023, was arrested the following day when police raided a property in Fieldhouse Gardens. Officers witnessed Scott throwing 18 wraps of cocaine and heroin from a window as they entered the house.

Upon searching Scott’s phone, police found evidence linking him to a county lines operation. County lines refers to the network used to distribute illegal drugs, often exploiting vulnerable individuals in the process. Despite the evidence, Scott denied being involved in selling the drugs.

He was convicted on October 7 for possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin. The court sentenced him to three years in prison for his role in the drug distribution network.

This conviction highlights the ongoing crackdown on county lines drug trafficking and the efforts of local authorities to dismantle these illegal operations in the region.
