BOONEVILLE, MS – Jalen Marques Taylor, 27, of Booneville, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence following a reported incident on East Heights Street.
On January 18, 2025, Booneville Police Department officers responded to the scene of the domestic violence report. After investigating the situation, Taylor was identified as the suspect and was taken into police custody. The case was subsequently transferred to the Criminal Investigation Division.
On January 20, 2025, Taylor was officially charged with one felony count of aggravated domestic violence. His bond was set at $30,000, and his case is scheduled to be presented to the Prentiss County Grand Jury for further legal proceedings.
