Bonnie S. Jensen Arrested for Forged Prescription Attempt in Paducah

Paducah, Ky. – Bonnie S. Jensen, 54, from Peoria, Illinois, was arrested Tuesday on four counts of possession of a forged prescription.

According to police, Jensen attempted to use a forged prescription at a local pharmacy to obtain Oxycodone and other controlled substances. The investigation into the fraudulent prescriptions began on December 31, 2024, when pharmacy staff reported suspicious activity after Jensen presented a forged prescription.

When the pharmacy refused to fill the prescription, Jensen tried to pass additional forged prescriptions at two other pharmacies.

Police were contacted by staff at a local pharmacy on Tuesday, leading to her arrest. Jensen was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
