Bawaria Gang Member Arrested for Train Robbery in Delhi

Vicku, alias Rajeev, a 39-year-old active member of the notorious Bawaria gang, was arrested by the Cyber Cell of the Delhi Police Crime Branch on Monday. Vicku, a resident of Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, had been evading arrest in connection with two train robbery cases registered at the Subzi Mandi railway station in Delhi.

The accused was wanted for his involvement in the train robberies, and had been declared a proclaimed offender by the court in one of the cases. His arrest marks a significant development in ongoing investigations into the criminal activities of the Bawaria gang, known for its involvement in various robberies, including those on trains.

The Delhi Police continue to investigate the matter, aiming to uncover further details related to the gang’s operations and any other potential crimes linked to Vicku.
