Bath Man Brandon J. Bradford Arrested for Welfare Fraud

BATH, N.Y. (WETM) – Brandon J. Bradford, a 30-year-old man from Bath, has been arrested in connection with welfare fraud in Steuben County.

On Friday, October 18, Bradford was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree (a class E felony), misuse of food stamps, and petit larceny, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities allege that Bradford used another person’s benefit card issued by the Steuben County Department of Social Services on August 8, 2024. Additionally, it was revealed that Bradford had two active bench warrants from the City of Corning Court.

He is currently being held for further proceedings in Centralized Arraignment Court.
