Bappa Arrested for Duping RM Infra Director of Rs 40 Lakh

A man named Bappa has been arrested in connection with a scam involving the fraudulent sale of a property on Rash Behari Avenue. A complaint has also been filed against six accomplices who allegedly duped the director of M/S RM Infra Logistics Pvt Ltd, Ram Madnani, out of Rs 40 lakh.

The accused are accused of forging PAN and Aadhaar cards to create fake identities and enter into a sale agreement. Madnani claimed that the suspects impersonated the actual property owners and brokers during the transaction. On June 27, they made an agreement for a sale valued at Rs 7 crore, persuading Madnani to pay a booking fee that turned out to be part of their scheme.
