Bank Manager Jasveer Singh Arrested in ₹2-3 Crore Fraud

Police have apprehended bank manager Jasveer Singh, 50, in connection with a significant fraud case at a cooperative bank branch located in Sialba Majri village. He was arrested during an operation in the village and subsequently presented in a local court, where he was remanded to police custody for five days.

According to DSP Kharar-II, Dharamvir Singh, the ongoing investigation reveals that the alleged misappropriation of funds ranges between ₹2-3 crore. Authorities plan to interrogate Singh further and are also set to gather statements from affected account holders to shed light on the case.
