Baldwyn Man Arrested for Methamphetamine Possession

Baldwyn, MS – A 43-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine after being taken into custody for disorderly conduct on January 4th, 2025.

According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the Baldwyn area in response to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers encountered Daniel Duvall, who was arrested during the investigation for disorderly conduct.

While in custody, deputies discovered that Duvall was in possession of methamphetamine. As a result, he was charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Duvall’s bond was set at $10,000 by a Lee County Justice Court Judge. Further details regarding the case will be released as the investigation continues.
