Bailey Dailey, 36, was arrested on November 5 in Fort Wayne after a warrant was issued for his involvement in the death of Nicholas Comment, who passed away on October 15, 2023. Dailey faces a Level 1 felony charge of dealing a controlled substance resulting in death. He is currently held without bond.
