Attorney Trey Norman Arrested for Harassment in Millbrook

MILLBROOK, Ala. – Prattville attorney Trey Norman, 57, turned himself in to the Millbrook Police Department on Friday, February 14, 2025, after an arrest warrant was issued in connection to a November 2024 altercation.

Incident Details
According to Millbrook Police Chief P.K. Johnson, the charges stem from a verbal dispute that escalated into a physical altercation, during which Norman allegedly shoved the victim to the ground. While the victim initially declined to prosecute, they later filed a formal complaint in December 2024, leading to the issuance of a harassment warrant.

Legal Proceedings & Arrest
Due to the time gap between the incident and the complaint, a probable cause hearing was conducted, ultimately resulting in the warrant for Norman’s arrest. Upon learning of the charges, Norman surrendered voluntarily, cooperated fully with authorities, and was released after posting bond.

Chief Johnson emphasized that Norman’s status as a practicing attorney had no bearing on the case.

Norman’s next court appearance is pending.
