Atmore Woman Arrested for Robbery, Theft, and Lewdness

Atmore, Ala. – Kimberly Foster, a 39-year-old woman from Atmore, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2024, facing multiple charges including robbery, theft, public lewdness, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.

According to Atmore Police Department Public Information Officer Sgt. Darrell McMann, officers responded around 2:40 p.m. to Jalisco’s on Lindberg Avenue, following reports of a female screaming at customers and exposing her breasts. As officers were en route, they were notified that the woman had stolen a debit card from another customer.

Upon arrival, officers encountered Foster, who was still exposing herself and appeared to be highly intoxicated. Foster was instructed to approach the officers but instead attempted to flee the scene. A brief foot pursuit ensued, and after a struggle, she was handcuffed and taken into custody.

Foster was then transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton, where she was booked on the aforementioned charges.
