Army Constable Parminder Arrested for Killing Wife in Chandigarh

An Army constable, Parminder, has been arrested for allegedly murdering his wife, Sapna, a constable with the Chandigarh Police. Sapna’s body was discovered in the back seat of her car in the Mansa Devi Complex area a few days ago, sparking an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.

The accused, Parminder, was apprehended in Ambala on Saturday and was presented in a local court on Sunday. He has since been remanded in police custody while further investigations continue.

According to the police, Sapna’s body was found in the Mata Mansa Devi police station area, and an autopsy confirmed that she died from a blow to the back of her head. Parminder, stationed as a constable in the Western Command Army area in Panchkula, is believed to be the main suspect, but police have not yet revealed the exact motive for the crime.

The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to piece together the details of this tragic case.
