Mandan Man Faces Charges for Car Robbery and Reckless Endangerment
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – A 31-year-old Mandan man, Anthony Barse, made his initial court appearance on Thursday after being accused of stealing a car on December 15.
According to police reports, Barse had stopped near Laughing Sun Brewery to switch seats with the passenger of a 2020 Volkswagen. However, once the passenger exited the vehicle, Barse sped off, injuring the woman in the process. Authorities later found the stolen vehicle at Captain Jack’s on South Third Street.
During his court appearance on December 19, Barse was charged with robbery and reckless endangerment. His bond was set at $10,000.
