Amy Uziekalla Arrested for November Stabbing in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A woman has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident that occurred last month in Evansville.

The stabbing took place on November 14 in the 2100 block of East Franklin Street. Police confirmed that the victim’s injuries were non-life-threatening.

Authorities had already identified the suspect at the time of the incident. Following further investigation, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Amy Uziekalla.

Uziekalla, who is facing charges of aggravated battery and battery with a deadly weapon, was arrested over the weekend. She is currently being held on a $10,000 bond.

Her next court appearance is scheduled for December 19.
