A 22-year-old man, Aman, has been arrested for allegedly killing his friend Bunty following a dispute over Rs 100 in Narela, outer Delhi. The incident came to light on February 15 when the police received a call reporting a body found behind the Rice Mill on Vishal Bagh, Bawana Road.
The investigation, led by DCP Nidhin Valsan, identified the victim as Bunty after two days of extensive efforts. Police reviewed footage from over 140 CCTV cameras to track down the accused, Aman. The police later arrested him, and he confessed to the crime.
Both Aman and Bunty had been working as waiters at wedding functions, and their friendship turned deadly due to a minor financial dispute.
