Allyssa Bailey Arrested on Multiple Charges in Junction City

Allyssa Bailey, 28, of Junction City, was arrested on January 27, 2025, following a series of criminal charges. At approximately 3:31 PM, Bailey was taken into custody in the 300 block of West 6th Street after Geary County deputies executed an arrest warrant issued by the Geary County District Court.

Bailey faces multiple felony charges, including unlawful possession of a controlled substance, identity theft, identity fraud, forgery, and interference with law enforcement. Additionally, she is charged with several misdemeanors, including unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and illegal display of a license plate.

Bailey’s arrest is the result of an ongoing investigation, and authorities are working to uncover the full scope of her alleged criminal activities. Following her arrest, she was released on a bond set at $15,000.
